🗳️ Nominations Open for Two Open Board of Directors positions
The Cherry Hill Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the nomination period for two open Board of Directors positions will officially open on November 3, 2025. This is your opportunity to help shape the future of our community by serving on the Board.
📅 Key Election Dates
- Nominations Open: November 3, 2025
- Nominations Close: December 15, 2025
- Ballot Available: Early January 2026
- Voting Period: January 15, 2026 – Annual Meeting in February
📝 How to Participate
Residents in good standing may nominate themselves for consideration by completing the Board Candidate Nomination Form, available through the Cherry Hill Resident Portal. Navigate to Request to begin the nomination form. Candidate biographies and photos will be shared once the official ballot is finalized in early January.
🗳️ Voting Options
Voting will be available both:
- Electronically through the Resident Portal beginning January 15, 2026, or
- In person at the Annual Meeting in February.
Election results will be certified and communicated to all residents following the Annual Meeting.

The Cherry Hill Board of Directors has recently shared an important update with residents regarding the estimated pool due assessment. This communication includes key details about upcoming pool facility improvements and the financial planning required to ensure the pool and surrounding amenities remain safe, functional, and enjoyable for years to come.
Residents are encouraged to check their email for the full message — emails were sent only to those whose addresses are registered under their Resident Portal accounts. If you have not yet registered or need to update your contact information, please log into your Resident Portal and select Settings to update your email address, ensuring you receive future communications. You may also view the full communication directly in your Resident Portal under Documents > HOA Documents.
Additionally, the Board will soon be opening nominations for two vacant Board of Directors positions. This is a great opportunity for community members who wish to get involved and help guide the future of Cherry Hill.
