**HOA Meeting Notice**

The Cherry Hill Association Board of Directors invites all homeowners to attend an open meeting on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 6:30p at St. Joseph Township Community Hall, located at 6033 Maplecrest Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46835. Please enter through door 10.

The meeting will provide updates on community matters, allow residents to update their contact information, and address questions or concerns. Due to the expected turnout and limited time, we kindly ask that residents use their portal to submit a "Request" to speak in advance by August 22. Please include your question in the form to allow the board time to collect information to thoroughly answer. This is located on the navigation pane on the left side of the portal page.

An open forum will be held at the end of the meeting for additional comments or questions. However, please note this time will be limited, as we hope to conclude the meeting at 7:45p.

All homeowners are welcome to attend and participate in the meeting.
