- 8424 Cinnabar Court, 2 items: 1, Remove an aged existing gazebo and outbuilding in the backyard. 2, Construct a 12 foot 6 inch by 10 foot pool house in the backyard where the gazebo was located. The fact that standalone buildings are contrary to Cherry Hill Covenants, in reviewing the Allen County Property Card for Lot 117, we find that the existing detached gazebo and outbuilding was built during the construction of the home in 1996. Since this structure is included in the original construction of the home and recorded as such, it had to have been approved by the Cherry Hill Architectural Control Committee that same year. The Architectural Control Committee members of record in 1996 were Roger L. Delagrange, Craig D. Yoder and Bradley J. Kees. Based on these facts the current Cherry Hill Architectural Control Committee is of the opinion that the homeowner has a right to maintain and/or replace an approved structure to preserve the splendor of the property.
