Annual Membership Dues

Annual Cherry Hill association dues are due on April 1 of each year. The actual amount of the dues is determined at the annual members’ meeting which is held in the third week of February, at which time the annual budget and dues are presented by the Board of Directors to the members for their approval. Once the budget and dues are approved members will receive a 30-day notice in the mail indicating the amount due and the due date, which is usually April 1, unless stated otherwise in the notice.
